Not fully satisfied with your item? We're here to assist. Inform us about any issue and we'll put our utmost effort into rectifying it. If the item you received is precisely what you ordered, we might not be able to process a return, although there are exceptions to this rule. At this time, Flowers & Gold does not have the capacity to offer exchanges. For the items to be eligible for a return, they must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition. We maintain strict hygiene standards and thus, are unable to accept returns on underwear and socks - no exceptions.
Be assured that all items undergo a meticulous inspection process before any action is taken. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
