Flowers & Gold Refund Policy
- Something not right? No problem. Let us know and we’ll get it straightened out.
- If what you received is exactly what you ordered we may not be able to issue a return. (But there are exceptions to this, please email us with any problems).
- Flowers & Gold does not currently offer any kind of exchanges.
- Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed.
- We cannot accept underwear & socks for hygiene reasons - no exceptions
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
- Buyer must pay return shipping
